Update 1.6.1.9

Update 1.6.1.9 is now available. This update is for bug fixes, no new features have been added.

Fixed an issue where Airstikes and Death Hand Missiles would not launch correctly
Fixed an issue where the configuration program would crash if the speed was set to the lowest setting in-game
Updated game documentation (the latest documentation can always be found at https://gruntmods.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Dune-2000-Gruntmods-Edition-Manual.pdf)
